Beautiful book and I love to watch Wolfgang cook on T.V. but I would never cook these recipes for my family and I would have to make a special trip to the store to get the ingrediants, such as “Farmers cheese” not even sure my super market has stock of this item as well as many other items the recipes require.

Wolfgang Puck’s name is synonymous with ‘outstanding’ here on the West Coast, with his Spago signature restaurants now enjoying a number of locations; so Wolfgang Puck Makes It Easy comes backed with a professional chef’s kitchen savvy and culinary insights and is packed with tips and recipes honed by restaurant experience. The focus here is refreshing: it’s on ingredients the ordinary cook finds readily in the kitchen, and quality equipment which can streamline the process. Add color photos throughout, and you have a real winner.

This was my first Puck book and I am very impressed. Easy recipes – except for the pressure cooker – still haven’t found one yet…

I love this book. I fell in love with this book after i’d rented it from the library. I love Wolfgangs technique, very elegant, yet ultra simple. As a master chef he walks you gently through each recipe with warmth and inspiring stories from his life, with notes on things/food/memories that delights him. For a non cook such as myself, who is trying to expand my repetoir in the kitchen, I highly enjoy this book. No longer is $50 resturaunt dessert for those willing to spend $50 on a dessert. He makes it so that anyone can whip one together themselves for a fraction of the price. Wolfgang changes the essence of homemade dinner with his love and expertise of food.

    He amazes me.
